PREMIER RIDES is a Baltimore, Maryland based global supplier of high-tech magnetic launch and traditional roller coasters, observation wheels, towers, water rides and custom designed attractions.

In addition, Premier has a service division that offers engineering support, complete ride and train rehab, and it maintains and offers spare parts supply on a 24-hour basis.

Located in Baltimore's historic Little Italy neighborhood, Premier Rides is expanding and seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and energetic self-starter with a background in Accounting or Bookkeeping knowledge to handle fabrication/construction process and act as a liaison between our vendors and the client. Candidate must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and be familiar with Microsoft Project. Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience. Candidate must be based in Baltimore, Maryland. This position requires an assertive individual with the talent to develop long-term relationships with our clients. Being a phone/email based position, excellent written and verbal skills are a must, as well as a heightened sense of urgency and passion for exceptional customer service.

Candidate will manage action item lists, project schedules, purchasing to include issuing of purchase orders and payment to vendors, vendor and client contracts, coordination of global and domestic shipping, managing of onsite staff during installation, weekly progress reports on fabrication, customer invoicing and payment follow up, cost tracking to budgets, coordination of design reviews and meetings, interface with engineering department, as well as other office duties as assigned.

Ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, very organized, and demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills. As an example this position requires the ability to sort through raw data and produce a matrix. Fluency in additional language(s) a plus. Must have presentation and social skills to interact with vendors, management and clients; possess an articulate, precise phone voice (previous customer service experience using a phone a plus), and demonstrate excellent typing and grammar skills.

Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel is a must! Must be able to work under pressure, be willing to work with tight deadlines, be capable of multi-tasking, and have the ability to adjust to always changing priorities. Must be willing to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on workload. Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team; must be a team player.

A minimum education requirement of an Associate or Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Business Administration is preferred. If this education is not available, the equivalent in professional experience is needed.
